Route & Room is a boutique curation and inspiration service, not a travel agency or a booking platform. We spend our days discovering exceptional flight routes and design-led properties so you don't have to.

• · We do not sell plane tickets.
• · We do not book hotel rooms.
• · We do not manage itineraries.

The travel market moves fast. Fares, pricing, and availability are correct at the exact time of flagging and publication. While we strive to keep our curation as accurate and up to date as possible, airline pricing and seat inventory fluctuate dynamically.

If we highlight a flight and you wait hours to book it, the price or availability may have vanished. You acknowledge that airline pricing is outside of our control, and we are not liable for expired opportunities, dead links, or sudden price hikes. When you spot a journey you love, move quickly.

Because we provide inspiration and curation rather than operational execution, Route & Room accepts zero liability for your physical journey — including any activities, tours, dining, or experiences we recommend.

We are not responsible or liable for:

• · Missed connections, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
• · Airline operational decisions or equipment swaps.
• · Luggage delays, loss, damage, or property disputes.
• · Hotel reservation errors, property mismatches, or service issues.
• · Activity, tour, or experience operator decisions, injuries, or cancellations.

If any issue arises during your trip, your dispute, claims, and contractual recourse lie entirely with the individual airline, hotel, activity operator, venue, or travel service provider.

By upgrading to Insider, you authorize Route & Room to charge your provided payment method on a recurring annual or monthly basis.

Auto-Renewal: Your membership seamlessly renews at the end of each billing cycle so you never miss a curation drop.

Cancellation & Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your preferences page. If you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to your tier until the end of your current paid billing period. All subscription sales are final.

Your membership is for your personal use. We work tirelessly to build this platform, and by accessing it, you agree to the following boundaries:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route & Room and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform. We provide the map and the inspiration; you take the trip. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your experience with Route & Room shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
